Restoration hardware round 2

We had our couch delivered and it fit this time
but...

Stained, poorly filled, and shabby workmanship, this is going back... Boo hoo.

Restoration Hardware no longer gives the option of washed denim in stonewashed sand or natural.

In all fairness this time around costumer service was much more amicable
and no contest, we could return it.SO here we go again,

Round 3, this time in Army duck fabric, colour natural, {shown in sand here and lighter than it appears in house.

Not the lines nor the firmness I'd expect from a star 

Crooked seams and sagging lines, not so lovely.

Not the nice straight lines seen on restoration hardware site are they?

The (it looked like fresh blood) spot after I tried to remove it..

Red spot, light spots, dark spots

There are several of these loose ends. Not a huge problem for me 
the under filled seat & back cushions, the crooked seams and sagging lines are.

The couch in Army Duck, Natural, with Down foam blend is priced at $2995 - todays Special $2395.
Although the price is not a kings ransom  the item sitting in the living room at the moment is hardly worthy of it.
 Fingers & legs crossed with the next  delivery due in July ( this couch was order in October 2010) it will be worth the money, wait... end of story?
 I hope so, I'm fed up with re-dos.
